My heart continues the lonely journey
It's known for so long
Sunset without sunrise
The moon without stars
I trace the faint outline
of all these wounds and scars
Once again I carry the burden
Each loss a new low
I just want to slip 'neath the surface
and sink in the undertow
I hear the soft music
but it's not meant for me
No more tears have I to shed
They've been lost to eternity
Force myself
Drag myself
For what purpose I do not know
As I stand here in broken glass
my blood I do see flow

Singer without song
I walk alone again
