Renaissance Festival Photos last update 3/16/05 I will be doing something different with the pictures for this gallery. Rather than waiting for all the pictures to be done, or waiting for a whole weekends set of pictures to be done, I am going to post images in smaller chunks. I mean very smaller chunks like 30 to 60 at a time. There are a couple reasons for this. First, the new method of creating the galleries will now allow for easier updates as all I have to do now is upload 3 web page files, the images, and then update a database. In the past, to do a gallery would involve uploading 50 to 100 web pages that had to be created with another application which wasn't too friendly for on-the-fly gallery creation. The second reason is that quite frankly, everyone is getting very impatient for the images for which I apologize. As some of you know, other things in life have taken a higher priority than these images (if for some twisted reason you wish to know more, read the In My World section). I'm finishing up my degree in the next few months and so classes are slowing down. The two sets of wedding images have been completed (and I'm waiting on some new hardware to produce nice DVDs, so please hang in there a little bit more Steve/Liz and Chris/Diane :) .... so with that, I now have more free time to work on the images. Since being the official photographer for this festival run, most of my focus (no pun intended :-p) has been mostly of the various acts being played out. So you'll probably see a higher number of certain things (e.g., the Musketeer show) than other subjects. I'll try to weed out the numerous subject duplicates that I can. If I do take pictures again this year, I will focus more on a wider scope of subjects. So with that said, frequent this gallery as things are going to be in a very dynamic state until all the images are posted. I hope you enjoy what's here! P.S. As mentioned before, I am still looking for models to practice with, so if you have some free time, please let me know. :) Prior to viewing the images, you might want to check the brightness of your monitor.
